Fe Katkılı Batio3 Katı Hal Mekanik Frezeleme

Abstract. We report the investigation of crystal structure, magnetic and dielectric properties of BaTi1−x Fe x O 3 samples for x=0.0–0.3. The parent compound is found to crystallize in tetragonal structure while Fe doped samples are found to crystallize in the mixture of tetragonal and hexagonal phases but they are free from any impurity phase.
